WHAT IS SIX THINKING HATS?
Edward Debono has published a book in 1985 called “The six thinking hats” and the book describes a powerful technique for looking at discussion from a number of an important perspective. You can solve a problem using all approaches with the six thinking hats technique, where your discussion will be mixed of ambition, skills, sensitivity, creativity and good contingency planning. Each single hat have a different style of thinking.

The white hat helps you focus in data, study the information you have one the subject and see what you learn from it.

The red hat helps you looking to problems by using intuition and emotion and sometimes it called got felling. As well as, try to think how people will react to you discussion emotionally.

The black hat helps you looking to all the point of bad discussion, in addition, it’s important because it’s highlight the weaknesses in your plan.

The yellow hat helps you to think in a positive way, make you focus in the discussion and the value in it. As well as, it’s useful when everything look difficult.

The green hat it’s all about creativity and helps you to develop a creative solution to problems.

The blue hat is about process control. This hat helps you to decide which hat is suitable of the stage of discussion making.
