South Korea has the fastest Internet in the world with an average connection speed of 25.3 Mbps(Fastest Internet). The Capital of South Korea, which it's Seoul offers free Wi-Fi and it's a governmentinitiative to offer 10,000 free public Wi-Fi zones in the country. Where these Wi-Fi zones are located in very popular areas and it's don't need for logins or passwords (Kim, K).
